• You have 30 days from receipt to return your item for a full refund or exchange, if you would like to return your item after this time please email customer services, as these will be accepted at our discretion dependant upon circumstance
• If your item is faulty please email customer services. You may be asked to send a photo of the issue so we can best deal with your complaint
• Exchanges are only available for UK customers, customers outside of the UK will need to place a new order for the correct item
• Exchanges are only given where available on sizes of the same style, where the item price is the same- we can exchange your item for a different colour of the same style
• Stock is not reserved for exchanges unless you received the wrong item or it is damaged
• Exchange items are sent to you free of charge with our standard delivery service
• Returning an Item purchased on Kick Footwear from the UK is free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
• To return your unwanted item, please complete the return form on the reverse of you enclosed invoice, if you do not have this you can download a copy here RETURNS FORM

• If you are an international customer please use a reliable service, preferably that allows you to track your return delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items we do not receive.

All returns unless faulty must comply with the below terms to guarantee a full refund:
• Items must not be worn outside or be returned with any visible wear
• Items must be packed in all original box and packaging as you received it
• Please enclose in a mail safe bag or waterproof packaging, please use the original if in good condition - do not tape the original box
• Do not send the shoe box without an external wrapping
• If you send back your item and it does not comply with the above, we may not be able to issue a refund, in which case we will ask you to arrange a courier collection of your item from our warehouse.
• If you have any concerns regarding returning your item, please speak to us before sending it.
• On receipt of your item, you will be issued a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that dependent on your bank or payment method this can take up to 7 working days to reach your account
